Suggestions to enjoy Harissa:

  • mix with cream cheese to make a delicious spicy dip
  • drizzle over steamed or roasted vegetables
  • increase the flavour of soups, casseroles, rice and pulse dishes, by adding carefully according to taste,
  • marinade fish, chicken, or red meats,
  • top fresh Ricotta cheese, then bake in oven at 175°C for 1 hour,
  • mix with out hommous for a tasty vegan dip.
